 Matrix User Wins Prestigious Award  Matrix Software user Shant Dakessian, of Simone & Son in Huntington Beach, CA USA, has won a prestigious AGTA Spectrum Award™ for jewelry design. His platinum and 18K yellow gold cufflinks with green Tourmalines (4.92 ctw.) and natural yellow Diamonds (.62 ctw.), shown at right, was a winner in the Men's Wear division. According to the AGTA website, entries are judged based on "overall beauty and wearability, innovative design, effective use of materials, quality of gemstones, quality of workmanship, broad-base consumer appeal and potential to generate positive publicity for natural colored gemstones."
